As summer comes to an end I wanted to update you on the upcoming Fall Yoga class, but first...

 

*Final Yoga in the Park class is Tuesday August 20th!

 

I hope you’ll join me for our last outdoor session before we head indoors for Fall Yoga practice.

1)  Yoga in the Park

Looks like we will finally get some warmer weather for our Yoga in the Park this week! Thank you to those who have braved the cooler, unexpected and stormy weather!

Feeling apprehensive or excited about practicing Yoga outdoors?

 

Going to a yoga class is hard enough as it inherently moves us to a place of vulnerability. 

We are pushed physically by moving our bodies in unique (sometimes intimidating) ways, stretching, strengthening, balancing, and coordinating alignment cues.

I wanted to let you know of my upcoming summer schedule for private yoga sessions if you are interested!

I have added some new times and days for private yoga sessions Mondays & Tuesdays 9am, 5pm, 7pm

Thursdays 5pm & 7pm

Sundays 7:30am, 9am, 4pm

Available dates: June 26th-July 28th.
