Kerry Lee, BSc., BEd., C-IAYT

Moving towards a Yoga practice was a natural transtion after growing up training in competitive gymnastics and then spending my college years training in dance. I fell in love with the elegance, strength and depth found in a Yoga practice. However, it wasn't until after a car accident in 2004 that opened my eyes to the physical, mental and emotionally healing powers of Yoga. I believe that anyone can do Yoga and that all it takes is an open mind and open heart to make changes and have the courage to explore oneself and increase one's personal awareness. My goal is to share my love and passion for the healing benefits of Yoga and continue to learn from all the amazing people I encounter along the way. I am currently teaching Yoga in the Greater Trail area, including Group yoga classes, Corporate Yoga Classes and Private Yoga Lessons. I am certified as a E-RYT 800 Yoga Teacher (E = experienced) trained with IYT and certified Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapy. As a Yoga Teacher I specialize in Stress Management and Chronic Pain Management, helping students become empowered in their own healing through Yoga practices such as Alignment principles and assessments, Functional and Positional movement therapy, Somatics, Breathing techniques, Deep relaxation, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.

If you are ready to take an active role in your healing and ready to embrace the changes necessary to move out of the cycle of pain, please contact me to begin your journey out of pain.
